At La Villa Magnifica, we understand that travel plans can change. Life sometimes brings the unexpected, and while we would love to welcome every guest as planned, we aim to keep our cancellation policy as clear and fair as possible for both sides.

Reservation and Payment Terms

  • Eine Reservierung gilt erst dann als bestätigt, wenn eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 25% des Gesamtmietpreises, wie in der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben, eingegangen ist.

  • Der gesamte Mietbetrag muss spätestens 30 Tage vor der Ankunft bezahlt werden.

  • A security deposit of €500 is mandatory. Provided the villa is returned without damage or excessive wear, the deposit will be refunded within ten (10) days of departure.

  • Eine Reinigungsgebühr von 300 € pro Aufenthalt ist erforderlich und wird zum Gesamtmietpreis hinzugerechnet.

  • In the event of non-payment or incomplete payment, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable 

Flexible, yet considerate

Our villa is a private retreat, prepared in detail for every booking. Because we block availability once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations can impact both our team and future guests. To balance flexibility with respect for our preparation, the following rules apply:

  • Kostenlose Stornierung innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Buchung, sofern das Anreisedatum noch mindestens 30 Tage entfernt ist.
  • Bis zu 60 Tage vor der Ankunft: volle Rückerstattung des gesamten Buchungsbetrags.
  • 30-59 Tage vor der Ankunft: 50% Erstattung des gesamten Buchungsbetrags.
  • Weniger als 30 Tage vor der Ankunft: Eine Rückerstattung kann leider nicht gewährt werden.

Changes to your stay

If you wish to adjust your travel dates instead of cancelling, please contact us directly. Where availability allows, we are happy to reschedule your stay. Any difference in seasonal pricing will apply.

No-shows and early departures

Guests who do not arrive as scheduled (“no-shows”) will be charged the full booking amount. Early departures are considered a cancellation of unused nights and are non-refundable.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, flight disruptions, or personal emergencies. This provides peace of mind and ensures that you are protected should your plans change at the last minute.

Exceptional circumstances

In rare situations where travel is impossible due to force majeure (for example: government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies), we will review the circumstances case by case. Where possible, we will offer to reschedule your booking or provide a partial refund.

How to cancel

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@lavillamagnifica.com. Your cancellation is confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from us.
