Elegant double room with crisp linens, warm accents, and soft lighting. A restful space to unwind after sun-soaked days. We affectionately call it the Palmtree Room – a nod to the subtle details that echo its name. The detached bathroom features light tones, a double washbasin, and exclusive handcrafted Zellige tiles.

Suite 1 & bathroom

Spacious suite in soft ecru tones and natural materials, set in a private zone beside the patio (set apart from the main house). Featuring a king-size bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, a minibar, and a quiet workspace. Enjoy distant sea views and unwind in the serene outdoor space just in front of the room. The detached bathroom is generously sized, with a large walk-in shower, handcrafted Zellige tiles, and a double washbasin carved from elegant Trani stone.

Suite 2 & bathroom

Spacious suite in soft, sunset-inspired tones. Set apart from the main house, this generous room offers distant sea views, a king-size bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, a minibar, and a quiet workspace. Like the rest of the villa, this suite features art by Dutch artist Maaike Koster – here, the serene Lady with the Hat adds a quiet touch of character. The detached bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, handcrafted Zellige tiles, and a double washbasin made of refined Trani stone.

Kitchen & living room

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with ease. It features two combination microwave ovens, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and all appliances are by Siemens. There is a large refrigerator, a separate freezer and Nespresso machine. Additionally, the washer-dryer is discreetly tucked behind one of the cabinets. The living area is generous in size and includes a comfortable corner sofa. From this space, you can step directly onto the patio and veranda. Thanks to the large windows, you’ll enjoy stunning views, including beautiful sea vistas.

Private pool

What more could you want than to take a refreshing dip or relax on one of the terraces, enjoying the gentle sound of the rippling water by this beautiful 12-meter pool? The house and all terraces are built around this private pool, which is perfectly centrally located.

Outdoor spaces

Around the villa, you’ll find a variety of seating areas. A large covered dining table for 10, perfect for unforgettable meals. Enjoy a cozy spot at the bar by the outdoor kitchen (autumn 2025), or relax on the beautiful, spacious sofa on the wooden terrace. Or retreat to the Mediterranean patio for a moment of peace.

Trullo

On the estate stands a small Trullo in rustic condition. The area is renowned for these round, conical dwellings, which are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
